Return and Refund Policy

At State Gold Buyers and Loan, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy provides the following terms:

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
• To initiate a return, please contact us to receive return instructions.

2. Return Shipping

• The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

3. Refund

• Refunds will be issued as money back once the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refund processing may take up to 5-7 business days after the return is received.

• Items that are damaged, altered, or not in their original condition may not qualify for a refund.
• Please retain proof of return shipping for your records, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
